Wong Swee Fen's Textile Art Exhibition ~~ MagniFENcent

Working with overlays of cloth debris to achieve life-like portrayals of nature is Wong Swee Fen's passion and specialty. She graduated in 1997 with an Applied Art Degree from the Fu Jen Catholic University and has been conducting art classes for students aged 4-12 for 22 years. Her artwork has won the award of Semi-Honorable Mention of Art Olympia International Open Art Competition 2019 in Tokyo, Japan. 

 

A single fabric could be shredded to generate different types of textures. Combination of these textures will enhance the impact of image visualisation. She will continue to experiment in order to bring forth new and innovative ways to apply the cloth debris in her work.
