We ship worldwide and all in stock orders will be shipped within 7 working days upon payment received.

ABOVE 150 Free delivery
Below 150 - charge RM10 per transaction

East Malaysia
Above 300 Free shipping
Below 300 - charge 20 per transaction

International : With additional charges based on weight and distance.

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking information which can be viewed on the courier website at any time.

All stocks we have in hand are well wrapped and they are in perfect condition, however when we send out through the courier company, we do not have any control whatsoever of the handling of the parcel by the courier companies staffs.

We warrant the quality of our products and will gladly accept any damaged or defective items. If you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase from Senso Art Gallery Café, you may return the product (selected items) together with a copy of the invoice, either by self-delivery or courier service to Senso Art Gallery Café within 90 days of the date of purchase.

We will bear the cost of delivery for returned items (with the receipt of delivery fees provided).
